Buyer Eligibility

  • You must be a legally registered business or organization to access wholesale pricing.
  • You agree to provide accurate business information including:
    • Business Name, Trade License, and Tax ID (VAT/BIN)
    • Valid Contact & Shipping Information

Account Registration & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
  • You agree not to impersonate another entity or create duplicate accounts without approval.
  • The marketplace reserves the right to verify your account and suspend it for fraudulent activities.

Ordering & Pricing

  • Product prices are listed in wholesale/B2B rates and may include MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity).
  • Prices, availability, and delivery times may vary by vendor/Supplier/Manufacturer
  • Orders are binding once payment is confirmed (unless canceled within vendor policy time frame).
  • Marketplace is not liable for any pricing errors made by individual vendors.

Payments

  • Buyer will show suppliers payment options on the checkout page.
  • Suppliers/vendors may offer bank transfer or invoice-based payment options.
  • Orders will be processed only after full or agreed partial payment confirmation or depend on the Suppliers. 
  • Marketplace admin will not be responsible for financial transactions between Buyer and Supplier. 

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are set by each vendor and shown during checkout.
  • Shipping costs may be included or charged separately by vendors.
  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and receiving goods.

Returns, Refunds & Disputes

  • Returns or refunds are governed by the individual vendor’s return policy.
  • You must raise disputes or complaints within 5 days of product receipt.
  • If mutual agreement is not reached, the marketplace admin will act as a neutral arbitrator.
  • Items not eligible for return: customized goods, perishable items, clearance products, Digital Downloadable Products .

Taxes & Invoicing

  • Buyers are responsible for applicable VAT, TAX, Customs, or other duties.
  • Invoices will be issued by individual vendors/Sellers, not the marketplace.
  • If needed, buyers may request proper VAT invoices for compliance.

Prohibited Buyer Actions

  • Placing fake or test orders with no intention to purchase.
  • Using false information or misrepresenting your business.
  • Abusive behavior towards vendors or marketplace staff.
  • Attempting to bypass the marketplace to deal directly with vendors (without consent).

Intellectual Property

  • All platform content, images, and product information are protected by copyright.
  • Buyers may not reuse product images or text for commercial purposes without permission.

Liability Disclaimer

  • The marketplace acts as a facilitator, not the direct seller.
  • We do not guarantee product quality, delivery, or performance — these are the vendor’s responsibility.
  • Any loss, damage, or delay must be resolved between buyer and vendor unless covered by platform protection (if applicable).

Account Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account for violations of these terms.
  • You may request closure of your account at any time.
